Live and running · Summer 2026

Smart irrigation & soil monitoring for your garden

Sensor-driven automation that cuts water and fertilizer waste — built and running today, learning with every season.

  • −40%water use
  • −35%fertilizer
  • +25%yield
  • 14–16months to payback

Projections based on published precision-irrigation results for comparable crops. Our 2026 field season will produce our own measured data.

Customer story

100 km every week, just to check the garden

Our first customer lives in Yerevan. His garden is 100 km away. Every week, rain or shine, he drove out just to check the soil, open the water, and fertilize — burning fuel and half a day on routine work a system can do.

“I don’t need to drive out there just to turn on the water anymore.”
First customer, Yerevan — system commissioned summer 2026
10,400km driven per year
~$1,250fuel cost per year
104hours behind the wheel per year

Fuel savings alone approach the Starter package price — before water, fertilizer, or yield gains.

Your farm, managed remotely — or by itself

Everything you need to manage your plot without being there.

Remote control

Open valves, irrigate, and dose fertilizer from a phone — every command confirmed by the device itself; every refusal explained in plain language.

Autopilot mode

Soil moisture, time windows, and a rain detector drive irrigation and fertigation automatically — with hard safety interlocks no software can override.

Honest dashboard

Live per-zone data, tank levels, and history charts. Low tanks and suspicious sensors are flagged before they become losses.

Already caught its first fault

Our anomaly detection flagged a suspicious sensor reading at a live site — unprompted, within minutes. The feature is deployed here, not just promised.

Armenia-first product

Fully bilingual (hy/en) down to every warning message — “It’s raining, irrigation postponed,” not an error code.

Safety in firmware

“Fertilizer only into moving water,” tank reserves, valve watchdogs, one-zone-at-a-time locks — hard-coded, never overridable by software or ML.

How it works

  1. Installation

Our engineer installs the controller, sensors and valves on your plot.

  2. Configuration

We define zones, crops and irrigation rules tailored to your garden.

  3. Monitoring

Data streams to the cloud every 15 minutes; alerts hit your phone in seconds.

  4. Gets smarter

Every season the models improve — per-plot threshold tuning, demand forecasting, and fleet learning across every site.

Focused on Armenia's water-hungry crops

Among Armenia's most widely grown — and the most sensitive to water and fertilizer precision. Our savings matter most exactly here.

Return on investment (PRO, 1,000 m²)

For a garden 100 km from home, AgroMon saves up to $2,600 per year on water, fertilizer, labour, fuel and avoided crop loss, while lifting yields by 20–25%.

Payback period~10–14 months

Figures are projections based on published precision-irrigation results for comparable crops and our first customer's measured fuel savings for a 100 km commute (see the customer story above). Your numbers will vary with distance to your plot.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask most often before automating irrigation.

How much does a smart irrigation system cost?

STARTER is $820 one-time for gardens up to 300 m² with one irrigation zone; PRO is $2,460 for up to four zones. In both cases the hardware is yours. Monthly subscriptions are available at $100 and $290. Farms of 1–10 ha are quoted individually.

Which crops is it built for?

The system is configured for tomato, cucumber, strawberry, apricot, pear and apple, in open field and under greenhouse. Irrigation rules are set from your crop and soil type.

What does installation include?

Our engineer installs the controller, soil sensors and valves on your plot, then configures zones, crops and irrigation rules for your garden. After that, data streams to the cloud every 15 minutes.

Can the system run without me?

Yes. In autopilot mode, soil moisture, time windows and a rain detector drive irrigation and fertigation on their own. You can step in from your phone at any moment to open a valve or dose fertilizer.

What happens when it rains or a sensor misreads?

Rain postpones irrigation and you get a message in plain language — "It’s raining, irrigation postponed." Suspicious sensor readings are flagged automatically. Safety interlocks — fertilizer only into moving water, tank reserves, one zone at a time — are hard-coded in firmware and cannot be overridden by software.

How fast does it pay for itself?

For a 1,000 m² garden 100 km from home, projected savings reach $2,600 a year across water, fertilizer, labour, fuel and avoided crop loss — roughly a 10–14 month payback. Your numbers depend on the distance to your plot and the crop you grow.
